What You Walk Out With

Real working tools. Not theory. Not lectures.

Every deliverable in this workshop is something you can use within 24 hours of leaving the room. If a tool cannot do real work on Tuesday afternoon, it does not belong in the curriculum.

1

A Claude Project tuned to your voice

Your offer, your ideal client, the way you actually write. Built in the room, ready to use the moment you leave.

2

A follow-up workflow that takes 90 seconds

The same post-event follow-up that used to take 30 minutes, reduced to a paragraph and a click. Your first one gets sent before lunch. Sent, not drafted.

3

A pre-meeting brief and leave-behind workflow

Two documents from one Claude conversation. A polished one-pager the prospect keeps. A private prep brief only you see.

4

A repeatable AI playbook

The pattern behind the workflows so you can build any document tool you need next week. Proposals, client updates, onboarding packets, anything.

5

A discernment skill that earns trust

How to verify AI outputs so you never paste something embarrassing into a real client conversation. The thing most "AI for sales" trainings skip.

6

A cloud folder of everything, yours forever

Every prompt, template, and tool from the morning saved to your own drive. Plus alumni access for ongoing updates as the tools get better.

Why This Is Different

Small by design, not by accident.

10 seats. Period.

The cap is the product. Every attendee gets meaningful attention from the instructor. No back of the room, no being lost in a crowd, no leaving with questions unanswered.

In-person only.

Real keyboards, real coffee, real accountability. The energy of a room full of people doing the work together is what gets you across the line. You cannot phone this in.

The send-it rule.

You do not leave with drafts. You leave with work that is actually done. A real follow-up email goes out to a real person before lunch. That is the bar.

The Morning

Four focused hours. No fluff.

8:30 AM

Welcome, setup, and the rules of working with AI

Coffee. Get everyone oriented. The privacy and discernment framing that makes everything else in the morning land.

9:15 AM

Module 1: Land the meeting

Build your first Claude Project and use it to send a real follow-up email to a real person from a card in your wallet. Sent, not drafted.

10:15 AM

Module 2: Win the meeting

A pre-meeting prep brief plus a polished leave-behind from a single workflow. The prospect gets a one-pager. You get the inside view.

11:15 AM

Module 3: Build your AI playbook

Take the pattern you just used and apply it to your next high-leverage document. Proposal, client update, onboarding packet. Whatever ships next week.

12:15 PM

Wrap and what's next

Take-home checklist. Alumni access. The first piece of the referral program for those who want it.

Your Instructor

Jesse Weiler

Founder, Suite 25 Consulting

Jesse has spent 20 plus years in video production and digital marketing, helping businesses turn content into conversions. Through Suite 25 Consulting he merges strategic insight with creative execution to deliver measurable growth in leads, engagement, and ROI for brands ready to scale.

He uses Claude every day in his own work: client follow-ups, proposals, marketing strategy, and campaign performance analysis. The workshop teaches what he actually does, not what he has read about.

Personal credibility note: Jesse once walked 3,562 miles across America from Los Angeles to New Jersey on foot. If he tells you four hours is enough time to change how you sell, take him at his word.

Common Questions

The things people ask before they book.

I am new to AI. Will I be lost?

No. The workshop assumes zero prior AI experience. We start at the beginning, work in plain language, and stay together as a group. The 10-seat cap exists precisely so no one falls behind.

Do I need a Claude Pro account?

Yes, and we will help you sign up if you do not have one. Plan on roughly $20 for the first month, which Anthropic charges directly. Bring it on the day of the workshop and you are ready.

Will this work for my industry?

This first workshop is built around sales, networking, and client-facing relationship work. If you sell, network, or close in person, the tools translate directly. Vertical-specific workshops (financial planners, lawyers, real estate, marketers) are coming throughout the year.

Can my company send several people?

Yes. Group rates are available for organizations that want a private team workshop. Email jesse@suite25.consulting with your team size and we will set it up.

What is your privacy posture on what we paste into Claude?

Anthropic does not train its models on Pro chat content by default and does not sell your data. We work with business cards, public LinkedIn profiles, and public web research throughout the morning. Anyone in a regulated industry (legal, financial advising, healthcare) gets a privacy and compliance briefing as part of the morning, with a one-page reference document for your records.
